Recently On the 14th July 2008 It was brought to my attention whilst away on holiday that Google had put up a malicious notice on Layouts4free.com. After looking into the situation a litle closer, Layouts4free.com was marked as an unsafe site that automatically installs malware onto your computer system. It was also marked as a site that installs viruses and Trojans through the download of our free logos. Shortly after learning this we put an appeal into Google to have the warning removed and for the time being have removed the logos from the site. I am currently going through the process of Rescanning all of our free logos and re uploading them back to the server.
as a standard part of our design and upload processes all files are scanned for any potential threats to our users systems. And just as a precaution we will rescan them all as stated above.

as you see the notice did give the user a chance to visit the site but in fire fox many people were not able to continue through.
finally now that we have been cleared and the site is now available with now warnings I will try to reintroduce the free logo section in the coming weeks
